Kenneth Robert, MD, Board Certified
Dr. Kenneth Robert attended MCP Hahnemann University School of Medicine, Pennsylvania. He currently serves as Medical Director of Roanoke Valley Health Services. He has been practicing at the Roanoke Clinic since 2003.

Carol Rupe, MD, Board Certified
Dr. Rupe attended Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington D.C. She did her residency at Malcolm Grow Medical Center at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. She has over 30 years’ experience as a family physician, and has served as medical director at multiple facilities over the past 20 years, or more.

Diana Dillard, FNP-BC
Diana Dillard attended UNC-Charlotte and graduated with a BSN, and then attended East Carolina University School of Nursing where she received a Master’s of Science Degree, Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing at the Roanoke Clinic since 2007.

Sarah Massey, FNP
A Roanoke Rapids native, Sarah Massey graduated from ECU with her BSN in 2009. Then she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a Master’s of Science Degree, Nurse Practitioner, in 2012. She has been practicing with the primary care clinics of Roanoke Valley Health Services since 2012.
